Providence Point Foundation

The Providence Point Foundation was established as an independent charitable nonprofit corporation in December 2014, to provide for the special needs of older adults, especially those living in the Providence Point communities of Providence Point, Bellewood and Marionwood.   Its purpose is to provide an enabling and supportive environment for residents of these communities by carrying out fundraising, development and fund management functions.

Governing documents for the Providence Point Foundation include: 1) the Articles of Incorporation establishing the Foundation as a nonprofit corporation under Washington State Law,2) the Bylaws of the Corporation, and 3) the IRS letter granting the Foundation its 501(c)(3) tax exempt status.

Donations to the Providence Point Foundation are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
