The Providence Point Community is composed of seven distinctive villages offering different architectural styles and character. Many social activities are centered on the villages, fostering an active community life among friendly neighbors. Common to all of them, however, is the beautiful landscaping, miles of walking trails, and easy access to all community amenities.
With a total of 226 units, Center Village buildings are arranged primarily with four to seven residences in each. These are snuggled against the hillsides toward Lake Sammamish and offer a feeling of free-standing homes isolated within the trees. Many offer views of Lake Sammamish, the Olympic Mountains, Seattle skyscrapers, and wooded forest.
Located across 43rd Way, this village is a winding, hilly community with a total of 201 residential units in both large and small buildings. Forest Village offers a walking trail and picnic area. Laughing Jacobs Creek meanders along through parts of the area. The South Community Building is located here, where yoga, exercise, and other classes and meetings take place.
Garden Village’s 115 condominiums are set along colorful landscaped lanes and tree-lined streets. The village offers two- and three-bedroom duplex and triplex homes with patios, as well as homes in two-story buildings with private entrances. Its gazebo garden is a restful spot for walkers using its central walking path. The tranquil atmosphere and friendly neighbors make this a wonderful place to live.
Stroll the quiet streets of Highland Village to see a range of 143 attractive condos, from charming “picket-fence” cottages with individual gardens, to multi-level Highlander and Edinburgh buildings. Residents in this village enjoy panoramic views of mountains, forest, and city, while being only a short walk to the nearby North Community Building and Pea Patch.
Hilltop Village lives up to its name, perched on a hill overlooking expansive views of the neighboring picturesque terrain and mountains. The 71 level in, spacious condominium homes are bordered by manicured lawns and colorful landscaping. Close to all of the community’s amenities, including the clubhouse and tennis court, this village offers a serene and peaceful setting.
Meadow Village has 71 condominiums with private, level in entrances, located in a beautiful natural environment. Several well maintained walking trails within the village provide wonderful views of deer, native and seasonal birds, and other wildlife. Meadow Village is the perfect place for the nature-lover.
Washington Village has 181 condominiums in five multi-level buildings overlooking the wooded slopes of Lake Sammamish. Each building features spacious common rooms where neighbors can meet for socials or private parties, wide hallways, and landscaped common courtyards, as well as elevators and indoor mail delivery. Floor plans include one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes, each with a private deck or patio.
